Tracy Mort MBE is the visionary founder and CEO of Cole Beauty Limited, a globally recognised beauty business based in Cheshire.

With a passion for making indulgent self-care accessible to everyone, Tracy launched Cole Beauty in 2007, redefining luxury by offering affordable and high-quality bathing experiences. Under her leadership, Cole Beauty has grown into a powerhouse with four thriving brands - each crafted with care and dedication to sustainability.

Grace Cole has always been loved for its beautiful fragrances and its place in the bathroom. But founder Tracy Mort saw an opportunity to take the brand much further.

Modern women are more ingredient-literate than ever. They invest in their facial skincare, they understand the benefits of adaptogens and actives, and they expect the products they use to work as hard as they look.

Tracy recognised that body care had been left behind. While face care had transformed, most body products were still doing little more than adding fragrance and a layer of moisture.
