WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
All orders will be despatched on the next working day following receipt. For example, all orders placed on Monday will be despatched on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday. Any orders placed over the Bank Holiday weekend between 23rd -26th August 2024, will be dispatched on Tuesday 27th August 2024.
FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £35
Grace Cole are pleased to offer free delivery for all UK orders over £35. Parcel will be sent via our courier service. Please see below for details on shipping and dispatch times.

DELIVERY METHODS EXPLAINED
UK
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Parcels sent using our Standard method aim to be delivered within 3-5 working/business days following dispatch.
CourierParcels sent using our Next Day method are guaranteed for delivery on the next working day following dispatch. Our courier service is priced at a set fee of £6.95 per order. All orders over 2kg will be automatically processed using this method.
Rest of the WorldInternational orders will be sent via the courier selected. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of products ordered and the shipping time depends on the location, but these are clearly displayed prior to checkout.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
In the unfortunate event of your order not arriving within the time frame specified for the delivery option you have selected please contact our customer service team by e-mail at shop@gracecole.co.uk quoting your order reference.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the unfortunate event of your receiving a faulty, damaged or incorrect product please contact our customer care team by e-mail at shop@gracecole.co.uk quoting your order reference within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Our team will advise where the product(s) in question should be returned. Please use the original packaging the product was sent in. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us until we have examined the product(s) and found them to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, at which time a refund of postage will be processed. On receipt and examination of the faulty, damaged or incorrect product we will either forward a replacement using the original method of delivery selected or process a refund, according to your wishes.
REFUNDS
Refunds for faulty, damaged or incorrect products will be made via the original method of payment used. We will notify you by e-mail when the refund has been processed, please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear. If the funds do not appear please check with your bank in the first instance. In the unlikely event they are unable to assist please send details to shop@gracecole.co.uk so that we may fully investigate.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
By Law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase of an item within seven working days of the date an item is delivered. Should you wish to cancel your purchase please do not open the package and e-mail shop@gracecole.co.uk quoting your order number, stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order, within the seven working day cooling off period. We will forward details of where your unopened parcel should be returned to and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. On receipt of the goods we will process a refund via the original method of payment used.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
Due to our Christmas shut down dates there will be no orders processed between 23rd December 2024 and 2nd January 2025. If you wish to purchase a gift please follow the date guidelines below to ensure you receive your goods in time.

If you wish to use our UK standard delivery all orders must be received on or before the 19th December 2024 to ensure Christmas delivery.
Next DayIf you wish to use our UK next day delivery service all orders must be received on or before midday on the 20th December 2024 to ensure Christmas delivery.
